Purple and Gold Floral Wedding Centrepieces

Wedding season is in full bloom! If you have any doubt about it, just take a look through your social media feeds. Even though I’m no longer planning a wedding (although I am planning a bridal shower for one of my best friends, does that count?), it’s hard not to ooohhh and awww over all those beautiful wedding dresses and gorgeous flower arrangements.

In the next few weeks, I will be posting a number of tutorials on how to create paper flowers and ultimately, how to put together a floral or flower wedding centrepiece. I’m SUPER excited about these posts as I learned soooooo much from making my own purple and gold floral wedding centrepieces and I’m hoping I can share that knowledge with you so you can make your own successfully. I will also suggest alternative ways to make the paper flowers if time is not of the essence for you. Can’t wait!

In the meantime, here were some of MY inspirations. My wedding theme was rustic garden, with purple and gold as the main theme colours (as shown in the above photo, courtesy of Victor Lee Photography), so the majority of these floral inspirations revolve around that theme.

Just how gorgeous are these flower arrangements????
